Resetting the DR 350 Drum Note:

Your printer or fax machine must be reset you install a new drum. Your printer or fax machine will recognize that a new drum has been installed un=l it has been reset.

Laser Printers: Make sure the machine is on and the drum LED is blinking. Open the front cover. Press and hold the GO button or 4 seconds after all the LEDs light up. Once all the LEDs are lit, release the GO button. Close the front cover. The counter is reset.


Fax/MFP Machines: Open the front cover. After replacing the drum unit, keep the front cover open (make sure the power is on). Press OPTIONS on the display panel. When REPLACE DRUM? appears on the display, press "1". When ACCEPTED appears, close the front cover. The counter is reset.
